We managed to secure some funding from White Rose Forest Project for the planting of some trees and yesterday 540 trees were planted in the field above the house. We even had a rainbow to celebrate the event.

It’s a little odd seeing a field full of posts, they reckon it will require a few years of growing before we see our first tree appearing from the top of their protective green tubes.
