We are looking convert the existing Pigsty/Byre. The proposal is to have ground floor with all services and a mezzanine floor to provide space for an office/guest suite.
The architect should be familiar with NYMNP/local planning and be able to produce drawings suitable to secure planning permission.
Site Plan – note it is only the Existing Barn, specifically the Pigsty/Byre that we looking at. The existing dwelling is complete.

1 Change of use from barn to accommodation
2 Introduction of roof windows to both aspects
3 Lowering of windows to front to accommodate lintels above (no change to roof hight)
4 Provision of mezzanine floor
5 Provision of shower/toilet
6 Provision of kitchenette
7 Introduction of stove and associated chimney
8 Enlargement of existing rear window
